Yes, we are pet-friendly! There is a one-time non-refundable $300 deposit and $30 monthly pet rent. We only accept pets 50 pounds in weight or lighter. We welcome many breeds, but we do not allow aggressive breeds such as Akita, Doberman Pincher, Rottweiler, Dalmatian, Pit Bull, Chow, Wolf Hybrid and Bull Mastiff. Please call us to make sure your breed is not on the list. We have designated pet buildings for people that bring in their furry friends. If you are a current resident, you would need to move to a designated pet building. The designated pet buildings are 4, 5, 6, 15 & 16. Also, while we enjoy exotic vacations, we cannot accept exotic animals such as birds, snakes, ferrets, parrots and toucans. You can have only one pet per bedroom and up to two animals in an apartment. Please call our office at 405-310-6000 for more details.
